Any data created during the trial will be preserved but may not be accessible until you upgrade. • Lawful Use: You will use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Device Security: You are responsible for securing the devices on which MAQIR products are installed, including protecting against unauthorized access.
• Prohibited Conduct: You may not use the Service for any illegal activity, to infringe on the rights of others, or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

Payment processing for MAQIR products and services is handled by third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe). MAQIR does not directly receive, process, or store your credit card or banking information. All transactions are subject to the terms and policies of the applicable payment provider.
